I would like to hear the opinion of experts from the field, academics, researchers, practitioners. I supported in my thesis that the field should be expanded in working related matters that include gender equality issues(from abuse to harassment or violence). To your opinion and knowledge, should it be covered or people who report working-related abuse/harassment should be left out in view of the argument that the scope of the Directive is the protection of the internal market and financially characterised EU law violations that directly affect the "cashier-machine" of the EU?
