I often face dilemma and on choice of surgical treatment when you face with syncronous right & left sided tumour.

I personally prefer total colectomy with 1 anastomosis rather than 2 anastomosis (right hemicolectomy + AR).

It also reduced risk of potential recurrence and easier surveillence measure.
