I have several cultivars growing in a climate room.
Conditions were day/night cycle of 20/15C, 16h/8h and light intensity of 570 PAR with sodium/mercury lamps at 50/50%.
Premiere cultivar showed those symptoms right away (shown in Picture 1) while other cultivars like Bintje, Jelly or Markies show isolated symptoms in some leaves (Picture 2).
Also some plants have rolled leaves (not a lrv) and purple abaxial surfaces in some cultivars.

Hi, not this is not a virus. Confirmed. It's some kind of stress, probably a combination of light intensity and humidity but I don't know specifics. Plants grow fine in the greenhouse for example

We have the same symptoms on plants obtained from potato tuber buds for virus analysis. Can you see any similarity to physalis problem? https://www.researchgate.net/post/Can_anybody_suggest_the_cause_of_such_symptoms_on_Physalis_plants.
It looks similar to me. I have isolated similar bacteria from both host plants at 2014, 2015 and 2016. If I am right, this type of disease was first described at 1962. We are checking virulence of isolates right now.

The strange thing is this is not repeated in greenhouse conditions, only in climate room grown plants... So this is why it must be some sort of stress from the combination of RH/light intensity.
It is looking as PLRV, however you told, that it is not confirmed. Possibly, nutritive problems (check the macro- and microelements content and what is required for potato. And what is a temperature inside?
