I think the best way is similar to one when in a small village, mostly in the past, in anywhere in this planet,an apprentice searched a skilled and respectable practitioner to learn his office, not as a formality, but as a way of living, rising a family , to sustain it with his office, and receive the respect of his community. The master teaches the student side by side , theory and practice inseparable, transmitting his skills with generosity and gratitude, to retribute what himself received from his own old master.

If both students and masters had today that mental attitude, teaching would be much better than is in general now.

All methods are preferences if they stimulate reflection, partnership and interaction ...
