What is the way to describe the perception of farmers using likert scale data?

I want to describe the effect of using a technology on psychological state of a population,my data is in likert form that describe a particular variable.

An example is a variable measuring say satisfaction level is being captured by 6 items, how do i describe the effect of incentives on job satisfaction using those items?

You can use 3 items, Attitude, Financial, and Relationship With Officers and Colleagues or neighbor to the farmers for job satisfaction
