What is the toxicological effect of calcium and magnesium?

The ATSDR profile succinctly characterizes the toxicological and adverse health effects in formation for the hazardous substances such as lead, aluminun. Why not for calcium and magnesium? According to the famous saying of Paracelsus:” Sola dosis fecit venenum” e.g. All substances are poisons; there is none which is not a poison. The right dose differentiates a poison and a remedy.
