I am doing my MS research on perennial grasses of northern Great Plains. It is an Greenhouse based research where I am trying to use potting soil for grass growth and is planning to add fertilizers for its successful establishment. For this, I was interested to know the Total Nitrogen and other major nutrients of soils of northern Great Plain areas so that I can mimic the natural soil nutrient condition in Greenhouse. Therefore, if you have any information regarding this it will be very helpful.
