I want to leach Al from clay mineral using HCl (up to 6 M concentration) using High pressure reactor. The temperature to be used is 150-200C. I need your advice on a suitable material of construction for such reactor. The HCl will have traces of HF. Somebody advised me to use Ti, but it seems it will corrode under such conditions

Any metal or alloy suiting your budget can be used for reactor's body however the inner wall of the reactor, which will hold the mineral and acid, should be teflon coated. The coating can be 3mm to 5mm thick.
I recommend Amit Anand 's answer, but recognize that 200 C is the limit for a teflon lining. Other linings can get you to higher temperatures. If you have the funds, Hastalloy has a number of variants that will work.
For pressurized ≤ 37 wt% (≤ 6M) HCl up to 200 ºC, you could consider: Hastelloy B, B-2, B-3, C-4, or C-276; Chlorimet 2 or 3; or equivalent alloys; besides a few metals such as zirconium, tungsten, or tantalum. Also some less (HCl) corrosion resistant alloys, yet protected by suitable linings, namely of: impervious graphite, polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), or HCl resistant enamel.
As Amit Anand , Joseph S Merola and Carlos Araújo Queiroz suggested previously, one can deploy PTFE lining in the reactor while the main material could be any type of stainless steel, for exampl. In addition, Hastelloy is recommended but I think it is not cheap.
Furthermore, Ni-based alloys can be used for such applications

Mohammad Al-Harahsheh , kindly note that stainless steel 300s are not suitable for your system
During the leaching of anode slime from the copper electrorefining, enamelled tanks are used. Working conditions are 90 C, 4M HCl and chlorine gas with an overpressure of 500 mm water.
Of course, leaching of gold sludge after electrorefining of silver.
