I am searching the molecular structure of NiFe2O4, the crystal structure for the same is available (Journal of Applied Crystallography, 43, 699-709 (2010), COD ID: 2300295), but when I open this file using mercury S/W to get the structure of the molecular form, I cannot get a suitable structure. If anyone can suggest/give me the coordinate of molecular NiFe2O4, then it will be very helpful for me.

There is no "molecular structure" since NiFe2O4 isn't a molecule. So, what is your question?

In order to extract the coordinates from a cif of the molecule, there is needed to consider the space group.
