What is the strongest binding affinity motif (lowest kD vlaue) for fusion proteins? (e.g. Cellulose binding motif/CBM, silicon binding sites, etc.)
To concentrate my reporter enzyme, I am trying to add a ligand binding motif to it - such as my ''NanoLuc Luciferase' with a C-terminal CBM (cellulose binding motif). It doesn't just have to be a carbohydrate binding motif! I was also thinking L2, the silicon binding motif.
I could use the help to find stronger binding motifs that could be used in fusion proteins!
Thank you!
