Hello everyone!

ZnO is a n-type semiconductor and can be used for photoanode in a PEC cell. I want to know what is the state-of-art value, or, in other words, highest value, of photocurrent density (at 1.23 V vs. RHE) of ZnO based photoanodes in PEC system? The ZnO based photoanode can be modified with nanostructure engineering, doping, compositing with oxygen evolution catalyst, whatever.
