I presume you mean a measure of severity of ASD. There are several but they are clinical assessments and not "standardized" on "typicals" the way an IQ test is. So there are parent interviews (such as the ADI-R which can yield a type of severity metric); parent rating scales (such as the PDDBI which is age standardized on an ASD sample); and the ADOS (a direct observation which yields a 10 point severity metric). You will want to use these or others on clinically defined (DSM V) cases because false positive rates can be relatively high. Training on the ADI and ADOS is needed.
If you are interested in self-administered questionnaires for measuring quantitative autistic traits in adults, I recommend the Subthreshold Autism Trait Questionnaire (SATQ), the Broader Autism Phenotype Questionnaire, the Social Responsiveness Scale2-Adult Self report (SRS2-AS), and the Autism-Spectrum Quotient (AQ).
I have used the Childhood Autism Rating Scale (CARS-2) (Schopler, Van Bourgondien, Wellman, & Love). This provides measures on social interaction, communication, restricted patterns of interest and stereotyped behaviour, sensory issues, and thinking style in children.
