What is the solution for the following error?

"missing karnel module falling back to nouvea"

We have tried to install nvidia graphics card ( GeForce RTX 3080), during installation all the commands ran successfully and Nouveau graphics card was successfully blacklisted . But unfortunately after reboot the desired graphics card didn't install and the above error message is displayed. Currently we are stuck in a non GUI mode, failing to do anything.

Urgently in need of help.

The problem has been solved. I upgraded the operating system from fedora 27 to fedora 35 and now the graphics card is working fine.
