In my materials Temperature of dielectric maxima has shifted towards higher temperature when I increased the dopant. What would be reason behind it?
A maxima in dielectric loss may be observed as a function of temperature if dielectric polarization is dipolar type. This maxima should sift with frequency in this type of dielectric relaxation.Relaxation times can be obtained from frequency dependence of dielectric loss. The shiht of maxima with doping concentration indicates the change in relaxation time which may be related to structural change after adding dopant. Unless one knows the material and the dopant nothing more can be said.

I think your question is little bit incomplete, dielectric maxima??, is it loss (as supposed by Dr. A kumar) or permittivity. verify what is correlation in maxima of two(loss & permittivity)) or not. are they frequency dependent (relaxor). After these you should check with concentration, is symmetry remains if symmetry is different then observation has no meaning. If u have done all these, Rest of the thing has been suggested by Dr. A kumar but still advise find its corelation with ac conductivity to reach at final conclussion and read some paper of repute journal on dielectrics( on ur material/similar materials).
Aithough answer what u desire is, if you increase conc.of dopant, it may alter ionic contribution,generates defect/vacancies and hence activation energy/relaxation time varies, which are reflected in dielectric plots.
