Nowadays, so many people are concerned with converting CGPA to Percentage on a 4.0 scale. There is a common method in which they multiply the CGPA by 25 since one CGPA is equivalent to 25 in Percentage system but this is clearly not scientific and accurate since the CGPA is calculated in a range base. So, I would be grateful if anyone can come up with a statistical or mathematical equation to convert CGPA to Percentage?

Not sure why it's advantageous to convert a grade point average (0.0-4.0) to a percent (0-100) scale, but if you must, then this approach will generate the conversion:
GPA_PCT =
100* [(Sum of quality points / Sum of hours attempted) / Maximum quality points ]
where:
GPA_PCT = Percent of possible quality points earned across the set of courses
Hours = credit hours allocated to a course
Quality points = Letter grade/mark score *credit hours for that course
(e.g., 4*hours for "A"; 3*hours for "B"; 2*hours for "C", etc.)
Maximum quality points = 4 (in a 0-4 system)
As an example: For one student taking 5 courses with Marks of A, B, B, C, and A (respectively) with credit hours of 3, 3, 1, 2, and 3 (respectively), you get 40 Quality points, 12 hours attempted = GPA of 3.3333;
GPA_PCT = 100 * (40/12) / 4 = 83.333 (%)

If we take the number mentioned above after all calculations, I mean the GPA (3.3333), and we do multiply it by (25), we will also get the same result "83.333%" that Mr. Rebwar already mentioned before in his question.

The "multiply by 25" works so long as: (a) you've created a GPA that is weighted by the number of credit hours (as indicated in my earlier post); and (b) the maximum value of a mark is 4.0, since the conversion of proportion: GPA/max GPA to a percent (e.g., multiplying by 100) may be re-expressed as (100/4)*GPA, which equals 25*GPA. The fact that the full equation is algebraically equal in this case does not make it (the shortcut) incorrect!
I don't see that an alternate method is called for, but perhaps there is some other goal that Rebwar Mala Nabi may have had in mind that wasn't clear in the query.

Salvatore S. Mangiafico well I don't think this would be proper or scientific to do so. since the letter grade is assigned based on a range, not exact mark.
Different countries have their own grading standards.
The percentage of marks can be calculated as follows:
- Subject wise percentage of marks = 9.5 * GP of the subject
- Overall percentage of marks = 9.5 * CGPA
Example: If a student have got total 9.6 CGPA, it means his/her total percentage of marks: 9.5*9.6 = 91.2%.
