What is the role of the United Nations, specialized organizations and advanced industrial countries in combating devastating climate change?
I believe that the huge number of conferences, workshops and seminars that are held in the world are nothing but slogans covering the failure of the United Nations and the advanced industrial countries or a cover for their lack of seriousness in addressing the climate problem that threatens the planet and even life on the planet. The increasing percentage of carbon dioxide emissions from these countries, in addition to their covert and overt support for igniting wars that destroy the environment and contribute significantly to environmental degradation, high temperatures and massive forest fires that are spreading in all countries of the world are nothing but the product of the policies of these extremist countries and the failure of the United Nations .
United Nations powers are limited to the formation of treaty or protocol but as the differences and lack of integration of national interest and various unwanted complex disasters and rigrous attitude of several large first world nations will neesded to be addressesd. Also this should be practiced in a highly time sensitive manner with enforcement of such initiatives only can negotiate the issue and it also come3s under the power of UN only.
