Alwielland Q. Bello This is a very tricky & good question. In my opinion, patents and intellectual property will face challenges in the AI-driven future. I believe inventorship will need to be re-evaluated to accommodate the increasing role of AI in innovation. This could involve mandating AI disclosure, establishing clear guidelines on what constitutes inventorship when AI is used, and requiring proof of how AI/models are utilized etc.
