I need some explanations about the role of Heat Shock factor in arabidopsis seed to the dormancy. So far, I just know the role of heat shock factor in a plant organ and it has little information about the relationship with seed dormancy. Actually, what is the relationship between heat shock factor B, stress condition, and seed dormancy? Do all components alter each other? thank you.
