Seems epidote (green) and talc (white) in a greenschist or volcanics. But in a phot it is not to judge, what's the hardness or touch of the white material, if soapy and soft then talc for sure.
It is a sheared rock with talc (+chlorite ?, + serpentine ?). The most likely rock designation might be steatite. A bit more information on the host rock would help to support this "remote controlled mineralogical diagnosis"
Looks like chlorite-talc which can be attributed to retrograde metamorphism. If you could bring more information about the geology of the area, we would give our technical comments.
I agree with previous posts concluded chlorite-talc schist bearing epidote (so-called serpentinite). White mineral appeared at all pics suppose to be carbonate (dolomite? - check hardness and test with acid)
