Epoxidized natural rubber (ENR) is a commercial polymer produced from the epoxidation process of natural rubber (NR) with formic peroxide or acetic peroxide in a reactor.
In recent years many works have been investigated in the field of epoxide ring-opening methodologies.
So, I would therefore greatly appreciate it if you could answer me to the following question:
What is the right chemical method that allows us to Ring-opening reaction of Epoxides groups concerning Epoxidized Naturel Rubber (ENR)? and What could be the best conditions for this reaction?

The reactivity of the oxirane rings in epoxidized natural rubber can be exploited for cross-linking reactions. Among the molecules used to open the epoxy sites: amines or amino derivatives, aminosilanes by the sol-gel process, alcohols or carboxylic acids.
