Land Subsidence modelling requires, water withdrawal data, number of tube well, tube well density, hyrogeological data, data relating to buoyancy etc.

This is not an easy question. You will need data on the withdrawal rate and withdrawal location as well as hydrodynamic properties of the aquifer. You will need also some mechanical properties of the aquifer, in order to relate subsidence rate with water withdrawal. You should be aware that land subsidence resulting from water withdrawal from an aquifer is a generally a fully coupled poroelasticity problem. It is strongly suggested that you read first some reference papers on poroelasticity such as : Burbey et al., J. of Hydrol., 2015, part I and part II. Best Regards. Pierre
