I need to know the relationship of hardness of an magnesium alloy with its tensile strength.

I actually had the same question during my research work since I heat-treated a magnesium alloy at different temperatures and tested the microhardness and strength.The general rule is that if hardness increases, the strength increases while ductility (maximum strain) reduces. What I found in my published work (http://doi.org/10.1016/j.jmbbm.2017.01.005) was not surprising since as the microhardness increased, the strength of the magnesium alloy increased. However, we did not establish a mathematical relationship between the hardness and the strength of the used magnesium alloy (not the focus of the work).
I am not sure if there is a mathematical relationship for every Magnesium alloy or not. But for the alloy I worked on, it was a customized alloy and I could not find such relationship. It would be a good idea to take a look at a Metals handbook such as the one mentioned in Gregorio's answer.

Correct me if I am wrong, but which ever relationship you get, it ought to be an empirical one by character, since the load cases that you actually have locally during indentation are rather complex.
As an aside, to illustrate this, there is a company in Germany which does basically an indentation-based hardness test, then scans the exact geometry of the indentation and runs a series of simplified FEM simulations to determine those material parameters which result in best match between exprimentally produced and simulated indentation: This way, you even get a flow curve for the material in question from an (adapted, to be sure) hardness test.
Generally, they are linear so that you can use hardness to imply how strength would change when measuring strength is difficult.
