Entanglement photons can realize super-resolution. It is called quantum lithography or sub-wavelength interference. This phenomena is explained through the equivalent sub-wavelength. However, I think it is so forced. Is there any essential reasons behind it?
As you already mentioned, in case of path-entangled photons, specifically N00N states, you can obtain an increase in periodicity of interference fringes. It is said that that this may lead to superresolution in imaging but I am not aware of any paper which directly shows how. What I am aware of, these are experimental demonstration for Tsang proposal (attached) performed e.g. from Steinberg group (attached). There are some further steps such as performed by Fleischer (attached).
But you have to know that this technology is currently not scalable. People can only create N00N state up to N=5... Increase of the resolution of images by a factor of sqrt(5) is not what we need actually. Even worse, any "practical" proof-of-principle demonstration will be restricted to N=2, for biphotons as you mentioned in your question title.
Instead there are many imaging techniques that uses another non-classical effect - the photon anti-bunching. Demonstrations are already much more promising. See for instance paper by Krishnaswami et al. and other from that group.
