What is the reaction condition for the reaction between Aluminium hydroxide and Sulfuric acid?

Im trying to do the reaction between Al(OH)3 and H2SO4 in the lab but at room temperature up to 70°C almost nothing happens. any idea?

If you write the formula of aluminum hydroxide, then you have it in solution. Maybe instead of aluminum hydroxide you mean aluminum oxide. The surface of aluminum oxide can be passivated by concentrated sulfuric acid and dissolution in sulfuric acid then slows down. Check that you are really investigating the reaction you wrote about.
