Fungi are not molecules, they are medium size airborne particles. You can't apply the term "molecular diffusion coefficient" for such particles. You may need to know the sedimentation rate.

What is molecular dispersion ? Commonly this is a process of decomposition to individual molecules. Such process depends on numerous factors. There is no general answer.

Excuse me, I used the term dispersion, but I should use the term diffusion, molecular diffusion. I'm talking about the net flux of molecules from a region of higher concentration to one of lower concentration.

So, again the question: While these fungi are being carried by air currents, during these time intervals, can we say that there is molecular diffusion?
