Currently I have two RNA aptamers, I read couple of papers that I can link 2 aptamers by poly adenosine linker but I do not know how to do that. If you have other suggestions of how to link two aptamers and how to do that in the lab please share. Thank you in advance
You can modify your aptamers with amine groups and join them together using bifunctional NHS esters such as NHS-PEG-NHS or glutaraldehyde.

Basically you can use a poly-A on one aptamer and then poly-T on the other, then simply hybridize them. Though there may be an argument to use different complementary sequences to avoid any competition with mRNA poly-As and you best check if the linker influences the structure.
