Is anyone doing live patch clamp on Drosophila larvae sensory neurons? Could you please tell me about the protocol to prepare the sample? I can dissect Drosophila larvae to explore sensory neurons on the body wall, but I don't know how to deal with fillet to make it easy to patch. I am appreciate if someone can tell me this protocol.
