I would like to know what is the proportion of major RNA classes (rRNA, mRNA, tRNA ...) in archaea ?
I find for the bacteria and eukaryotes (Westermann, A.J., Gorski, S. a. & Vogel, J., 2012. Dual RNA-seq of pathogen and host. Nature Reviews Microbiology, 10(9), pp.618–630. Available at: http://dx.doi.org/10.1038/nrmicro2852 [Accessed June 22, 2015].) but i have not found anything on archaea.
Is this the same proportion that in bacteria ?

I read 95-97 % RNA content was constitued of rRNA+tRNA

I read elsewhere that 85% of RNA was rRNA folded in ribosome

So we have at least ~85-87 % rRNA, at most ~10-12 % tRNA and ~3-5 % mRNA.

I'm agree with you but often when they talk about Prokaryotic, they take for example E.coli ... so bacteria ...
i would like to find information with archaea in exemple, just to make sure.

Sorry, I read "Archaea" but I understood "Bacteria"...
When I was looking for these data, I read that they were close to the eukaryotic data. We can make the hypothesis that if eubacteria RNA distribution is close to the eukariotic distribution, archaea are not so different...
...or we can wait an answer from a true specialist :)
