What is the proper way to separate bacteria from harvest culture in large volume?

We already using refrigerated centrifuge continuous flow at 8000 rpm, flow rate 300-400 ml/min and the volume is 50 L harvest culture. Now, we have 100-200 L harvest culture and need any recommendation maybe new method or new machine for that volume. The bacteria condition is a. All alive and b. Killed (inactivated).
