I suppose you can release dengue virus from the antigen-antibody complex by giving a ligand which will lead to the release of the virus without its inactivation. You need to know the specific epitope against which the antibody has been raised. If is it for E DIII region, then express the E DIII protein and add it to the antigen-antibody mix in 10 times higher concentration, the virus will be eluted and the antibody will be bound with the E DIII protein only.I hope this answers your question.
