What are the procedure to draw layout in L-EDIT?? My circuit includes mos transistors (both nmos and pmos), resistors, capacitors and inductors. I have 90 nm ptm model file for pmos and cmos. For R, L,C components is there any seperate model file available?? Just provide some examples or references for core analog circuits layout in L-EDIT.
