Currently I am doing my assignment with this two method done in separate experiment in determining the chloride level in a serum sample. I am still figuring out how this two correlates. I found that Folin-Wu method is to precipitate the protein and as a matter of correction of the Schales and Schales method using mercury nitrate as bilirubin and hemoglobin will interupt the end point of the titration of serum directly. is this true?I really need help with the question above. If anyone have any links that I can do my extra reading on this is welcome to drop in comments below. Thanks.
