What is the range of potential window for CV measurement, if I use acetonitrile as solvent and Tetrabutylammonium hexafluorophosphate as electrolyte? I am using gold as working electrode, platinum as counter electrode and Ag/AgCl as reference electrode.

I agree with Artur Braun the best way to find out is to try to run a CV with a wide potential window (-1 V to +1 V for example) and then to trim the potential window according to your experiment (i.e. your electrochemical system, the redox probe you are using or want to detect etc...).

Two things that were not noted but are relevant: dissolved gases and whether or not there is any water in the system. The presence of trace water and dissolved O2 both reduce the potential window of MeCN. The presence of O2 also affects the background of an Au working electrode, though you can typically do echem just fine even if you have a sizable oxide background. (For dry/02 free electrolyte I'd start that CV at +/- 3 V.)
It seems that you are working with non aqueous electrolyte because the salt and solvent which you mentined are used for non aqueous applications. With this electrolyte you can try 0-2.5 volts and 0-3 volts to see which one is the best window for your setup. In this window that we are above the voltage of electrolyzing of water it is very important to have a very little amount of water impurity. Please take this into account.
