Most probably the best thing of a perovskite solar cell is their easiness to fabricate and low cost. But I am more interested about the drawbacks of perovskite solar cells.

It will depend how you see it. For people who work with DSSC will call the FTO-TiO2 based electrode as Photoanode, where as opposite is for Organic PV people. Similar is the case for inverted device for OPV people, will be normal configuration for DSSC researcher. That is how i have encountered with different groups.
The major drawback is that the PV efficiency deteriorates with continued exposure to sun light. The mechanisms by which this occurs remain to be understood.
Oops, i thought we are talking about the electrodes, infant it is about the pros and cons of perovskite solar cells. Stability, presence of Pb, hysteresis in IV to some extent which is solved in most part now.
