Anxiolytic activity can be assessed using Diazepam as a standard drug and it can be given i.v. Even for furosemide you can use the  i.v. injection as a standard. For memory and cognition, piracetam can be used and it can be given orally also. As the treatment would be the same in all the groups, the comparison would be even.
