What is the optimal way for the modelisation of BHA , equipments and tools in a Database?

i want a precise description of BHA equipement and tools in oil and gas industry to find a way to modelise them in a databse .

already checked some articles and WITSML data description but couldn't figure out the necessary attribute in this industry.
