What is the optimal residual charge (in terms of voltage) in spent LiCoO₂ (LCO) batteries that is considered safe for dismantling? Similarly, what is the recommended safe residual voltage for spent LiFePO₄ (LFP) batteries? Additionally, why is discharging the batteries to 0V not recommended for safe dismantling?
