I am looking for biodegradable materials, but have a high mechanical resistance, at least during its useful life, I understand that this type of materials are gradually losing their strength

Biodegradable metals have attracted considerable attention in recent years. Magnesium, zinc and iron are considered as suitable elements for preparation of biodegradable metallic materials that can be gradually dissolved in human organism without the production of toxic compounds. Although many magnesium-based materials possess good mechanical properties and biocompatibility, corrosion rates accompanied by hydrogen release and pH increase are too high. On the contrary, Zn and iron are characterized by much lower corrosion rate in physiological solution compared to magnesium and its alloys. Recent investigations show the potential for Zn alloys to be considered for the stent and orthopedic applications.

CaO, MgO are bio degradable one with good mechanical properties. Try CNTss too. They have excellent mechanical properties and carbon content. They are literally bio only

Try with PLA, PHB, EVA, PCL. They are excellent biodegradable polymers. The degradation time depend on the end-used conditions.
