antenna with metamaterial or ceramic espacially. for the reconfigurable antenna, there is the problem of narrow band of 2.4 GHz (from 2.4 to 2.486 Ghz)

It depends on what do you mean with " the most miniaturized".

If you only want to reduce the size with a factor less of 25%, you could use fractal design associated with IFA or PIFA configuration (multiband application).

But if you want to reduce more the size, you have to design a patch using metamaterial and/or material with high permeability and/ or material with magneto/dielectic properties.
