There are various studies and all have used different approaches some have provided NPT, 800K, 1fs , 1ns and using another 500ps with 298K they have obtained the required system. Some have used NPT, 300K,1fs,60ps then Geometry optimization then another 60 and 40ps with NVT. Some only used NVT and GO and obtained the required system.
Please explain step by step process and also provide the articles related to this.
If someone has created the same system what are the possibilities that using same steps they will obtain the same system with the same density?
I have seen varying densities in some of the systems.
