Yes, electrolysis, and i want to no witch type of nano-material that i could test in realty by coating / cover the anode and cathode. I know about the different type of PEM and research whit nano-materials but i think is a big waste in E in not use the Oxygen.

Water splitting by electrolysis is and industrial process, at the same time is an extremely quickly developing area. Potentially applicable results are patented. The scholars working in this area will not disclose you their strategy and unpublished data. I would advise you to start your career by reproducing someone's data.
