The properties depends on whether its a tungsten grade or molybdenum grade HSS. Further the processing (conventional casting or P/M route) has its influence on the properties as well.

The TRS can be from 1700 MPa to 3300 Mpa. The shear modulus can take a value between 80 GPa to 105 GPa, depending on its composition. The amount of tungsten or molybdenum is the key.
