It apparently looks Oenanthe javanica but close up photographs of the plant, stem, twig, flowers if angiosperm, etc will be required.
The plant in this photographs are not Oenanthe, is necessary reproductive structures. Could you show me where was collected?
Podostemaceae? Don't recognise the species but the habitat is right for that family, and there are lots of Mexican species.
I don't recognize the plant in the photos. My expertise is Jamaican and West Indian plants, especially angiosperms.
From internet photos, it appears to be Podostemum ceratophyllum, which is known from rivers and creeks here iln Mexico.
Hi, the name of this species is Podostemum ceratophyllum. The populations of this species is very variable in form and size.
The morphology of this plant does not match a Podostemaceae. I think it might be Apiaceae, maybe Oenanthe species, but leaves lack the sheating base so typical for Apiaceae. Unfortunately the specimen is sterile. Collected in Mexico, Michoacan 11 February 2015, 19°10 'N 101°28' W
