What is the lowest Po2 can someone obtain by flowing dry Hydrogen?

Consider the YSZ oxygen sensor is at 800 oC, then theoretically we expect infinite low Po2.

But, we have two limiting factors: 1- Leakage 2- Electronic leakage of YSZ at very low Po2.

What is practical obtained Po2 by minimizing leakage?
