@ Cameron - Thanks for letting me know about Kaye and Laby - But unfortunately latent heat data is not available !!!

Well, the same Cordaro article states:

"(...) presumably because calcium nitrate decomposes upon melting."

This is why you can't find the latent heat of Ca(NO3)2. Thus, it is not advisable to use it as, e.g., molten salt in heat exchangers! At least, not in its pure form.
