Dear Zeraibi,

To link what/how much government expenditure is channeled to agriculture we can look at, but limited to the following;

a) government expenditure on agricultural research

b) investment on agricultural extension service

c) human resource development, especially in the agricultural field

d) infrastructure such road, communication, market etc, so as to link agriculture to market.
