Unfortunately, the study of the hygiene of the teaching-learning process has not been deepened enough in higher education, there is a whole science in terms of school organization and hygiene. The impacts are both on the quality of learning and on the health of students and teachers, but that is not very attractive in the eyes of school researchers.
A healthier teaching-learning process has positive effects on all aspects of social life, on the preservation of the university workforce and on the quality of graduates.

The impact on students'/learnrers' innovations is really enormous. I was inspired by Tony Wagner's book Creating Innovators: The Making of Young People Who Will Change the World. The main idea that innovators can be brought up or inspired in innovative invironments. Raw talent is often not enough. The role of powerful mentoring is essential as well.
"Necessity is the mother of innovation" - unknown. It is therefore paramount to understand the structure that a learning organisation could and should have on innovation. Within the confinements of a developing cognition, the neuroplasticity is mouldable within the confinements of an organizational structure. It is therefore noteworthy to recognize innovation skills and way of thinking within an "organizational" - setup. Focus areas therefore should rest on a holistic dedication within a training organization and. Hence, creating and developing innovation skills with the relevant necessity of the need for innovation. Furthermore in order to develop cognition & innovation learning strategies and dedication within the framework of an organization, should be a structured approach to apply these skills to everyday scenarios. Concerning the current impact a learning institution has on innovation, can be seen as counterintuitive. It is in the fundamental structure of organizations to focus more on retention and recall (which are important aspects), rather than innovation in combination with the learning process. It is possible to attain these "innovation-skills" effect within an organization by implementing the structure of blooms taxonomy, yet like self-actualization, there are pre-requisites for this structure to be beneficial and promotive of innovation. These barriers can include basic organizational infrastructure and resources. It is the pinnacle of development to entertain innovation, yet many barriers within the organizational framework hinders the actualization of an innovation mentality.
I feel that organizations have a significant impact on innovation. The culture of an organization may be a deterrent or an opportunity for innovation. I mean those organizations that provoke their staff to think out of the box may initiate innovation compared to those organizations that expect doing day-to-day routine actions.
