Several manufacturers claim values of net electrical efficiency of combined cycles above 60%. However, actual values reached by real plants are remarkably lower, due to several reasons: ageing, fouling, part-load and cycling operation, ambient temperature variation, etc.

I would like to have information about net, yearly averaged electrical efficiency achieved in the best plant of the world. Possibly, with reference to data certified by an independent organization.
