currently, I am writing the paper of the knowledge creating and learning, but i find there is nothing new. for the knowledge management, i am really confusion about what I need to do. if for my suggestion, I really appreciate some papers to study related to the knowledge and talent strategy.
Hi Ding, I have a feeling that the issue of creativity has been studied more in the area of innovation management than KM, so you should look at some of those papers. I have attached for you my paper on K-space and learning that might help you to see where the creation of new knowledge fits.
Thank you Salam for your comment. I think that your view agrees with a current trend seen in big data, business intelligence and business analytics developments. Personally, I see this trend as one possible scenario I termed "specialisation" (adaptation of codification approach to KM).
Thank you Wioleta, I agree with both Salam and you, and see two KM "specialisation" trends that are emerging from earlier codification and personalisation approaches.
I understand that people are reluctant to predict the future of KM, thus only two responses to my question.
