During the synthesis of silver nano-particles, by biological reduction method, in which the silver ion is reduced by extract of the plant and also causes the coating of nano-particles, with the extracellular protein. Does it reduce the property of nano-particles?
What is the effect, if we take plant extract with lesser protein content.

but the silver, may contribute to heavy metal toxicity. which limits the dose of silver nanopartcles. also. the constituent of plant extract, which is acting as reducing agent, that part will be incorporated into the corona. what if that constituent is not responsible for the anticancer property. it will defeat the purpose of synthesizing silver nanoparticles.
Toxicity depends on the dose and time of treatment. You have to optimize the dose and time for treatments. There is numerous reports for the anticancer property of silver nanoparticles without significant toxicity in normal cells.
Please check our paper as already I mentioned. There we have explained the possible mechanism of this activity elaborately. The anticancer property not always depends upon the plant phytochemicals.
